Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

  • Pre-order or custom items will display their specific timelines on the product page.

Delivery Time & Fees (India)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (metros are usually faster).

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fee: ₹69; Free shipping on orders ₹999+ (after discounts).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available for select PIN codes; ₹50 COD fee may apply.

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries. Delivery typically 7–21 business days.

  • Duties/taxes/clearance fees (if any) are payable by the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link once your order ships.

  • We ship with reputed couriers; delivery timelines may vary due to weather or carrier delays.

Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

  • If a delivery fails after multiple attempts or is refused, the parcel may return to origin (RTO). Re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Dincharya products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Window

  • Initiate a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Returnable Items

  • Apparel (e.g., shirts): Unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging. Size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Books & Journals: Unused and in original condition (no writing/marking).

  • Accessories/Non-consumables: Unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., oils, personal-care/ayurvedic items).

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or gift cards.

  • Customized or made-to-order items (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing photos/videos and the shipping label to help us resolve quickly.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind or size exchanges, return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • For approved damaged/incorrect cases, we cover return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI; you’ll be asked for details.

  • Shipping fees and COD fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email dincharyastore@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged/incorrect).

  2. We’ll share pickup/return instructions.

  3. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange/refund and update you via email.
